I knew it all along!! I received an email pointing to an interesting article that suggests that yes, engaging in the arts, whether it is active (creating art) or receptive (attending a concert or performance) at least 2 hours per week improves our mental health! You probably knew this already--once you enter your creative zone, focus improves and stress levels decrease. That has to be good for you, right?
