How can I get free shipping?

Orders greater than $75 receive free domestic First Class USPS shipping and orders greater than $150 qualify for free USPS Priority Mail (small flat rate box) postage. As always, customers in the Prescott and neighboring areas (zip codes 86301, 86303, 86306, 86314, and 86315) have the option of free pick up or delivery! Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout. Local customers will see the option in the dropdown shipping service window.

I use a secure cart on my website and accept PayPal and credit cards.

Shipping

I currently ship to locations in the United States from my Prescott, AZ location. Unless otherwise requested, all items are shipped USPS first class mail, or Priority Mail (small flat rate). If you order multiple items, I'll fit everything I can into a small, flat-rate Priority Mail package if it is less expensive than first-class postage. Based on actual size/weight, I'll inform you if additional shipping is required prior to filling your order.

All pieces are packaged in a gift box unless otherwise requested in order notes.

Return Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase! Returns are allowed within two weeks of the arrival date of your product. A full refund of the purchase price and any sales tax is given when the item is received back in the condition in which it was sold. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received defective.

Alterations/Requests

Most pendant necklaces offer a choice in the length of chain you'll receive, if not, please message me.

Earring earwires can be substituted usually without charge. Just message me if you would like sterling silver, 14K gold-filled ($4 extra per pair), copper, or bronze-colored niobium. Read more about earwire materials here.
